Jenny and Megan Delaney (VOY-195)

Jenny Delaney served in Stellar Cartography aboard the U.S.S. Voyager NCC-74656.[1] During a double-date with Harry Kim, opposite her sister Megan and Tom Paris, the young ensign fell from a gondola in which the two were riding in a holodeck simulation of Venice. She was described by Paris as “voracious.”[2] When Kim and Paris began to play the “Captain Proton” holodeck simulation in 2375, Jenny took the role of the evil Mistress Demonica opposite her twin’s Mistress Malicia. Jenny harbored a romantic attraction to Kim since their first date in 2371, but he unfortunately had eyes for Megan.[3]

Kenneth Dalby (VOY-116)

Kenneth Dalby spent his troubled youth on the Bajoran frontier, settling down for a time when he fell in love. His anger returned when the woman he loved was raped and murdered by Cardassians, and he joined the Maquis. Shortly after the U.S.S. Voyager NCC-74656 and Chakotay‘s Maquis ship was lost in the Delta Quadrant, he became regarded as a disruptive and unreliable worker. He constantly clashed with Tuvok during a field-training class, but fell into line after Tuvok risked his life to save Crewman Gerron.[1]

Celes, Tal

Tal Celes (VOY-240)
Tal Celes (VOY-240)

Crewman Celes worked in Astrometrics under Seven of Nine. She always doubted her abilities to perform the necessary tasks of her job aboard the U.S.S. Voyager NCC-74656.[2] During a series of ship-wide system failures caused by an alien lifeform possessing Voyager, Seven assumed that Celes was responsible for compromising the ship’s systems while performing a diagnostic that Celes hadn’t even begun yet when the failures occurred.[3] Celes barely squeaked through her Starfleet training courses, and believed that she made it into Starfleet because it was politically correct, her instructors cutting her slack because she was Bajoran. She was referred to as Crewman Celes (implying “Celes” is her family name), and only her friend Billy Telfer called her Tal (implying “Tal” is her personal name),[2] therefore her name would be Celes Tal according to traditional Bajoran naming; it is likely that Celes was among those Bajorans who changed the order of their names for the benefit of non-Bajorans.[1]

Brooks (VOY-161)

Ensign Brooks was a Starfleet officer who served aboard the U.S.S. Voyager NCC-74656 and was transported to the Caretaker‘s array shortly after the ship was transported to the Delta Quadrant.[1] Brooks also joined in on an evening festival on Sikaris when Voyager visited that world;[2] Brooks enjoyed socializing in the Mess Hall.[3] In 2373, Brooks was narrowly saved from an attack by the Doctor, who was malfunctioning, when Tom Paris unknowningly interrupted the Doctor’s plans.[4] The next year, Brooks was assigned as part of a detail scanning Cargo Bay 2 in order to learn what had happened to Seven of Nine.[5] In 2377, Brooks attended a First Contact Day party in the Mess Hall and later was part of a group of Voyager crew members who gathered to bid farewell to Neelix when he left the ship.[7] Portrayed by Sue Henley.

V176 “Year of Hell” Timeline

In 2375, Seven of Nine felt that the prospect of sharing quarters with Brooks would be difficult, as she felt the junior officer to be “untidy.”[6]

Voyager NCC-74656; he played the accordion “badly, very badly,” and had no sense of humor, according to Harry Kim. Bronowski was considered a candidate for Seven of Nine‘s first date, though she ultimately chose Lieutenant William Chapman instead.[1]
