Odo discovers a master criminal has arrived on the station and may be responsible for several murders. New holosuites appear and the users of them begin to show strange signs of aggression. The man responsible for the horror on the station appears to be one of the new heads of Bajor, making him untouchable. Meanwhile, Jake discovers one of the holosuites.
