Maquis member who became part of a violent splinter organization that attempted to assassinate Gul Engor on Deep Space 9 in 2371. Aela, a Human woman, was thwarted by Ro Laren, another Maquis who came to stop Aela from instigating a full scale war.[1]

Kahn, Lenara
Lenara Kahn (DS9-478)
Joined Trill. Sixth host of the Kahn symbiote. Lenara Kahn traveled to Deep Space Nine in 2371 to study the Bajoran wormhole while conducting research on creating artificial wormholes, where she was “reunited” with Jadzia Dax – the Dax and Kahn symbiotes had been married while in previous hosts, and the attraction was still strong, despite Trill cultural taboos.[1]

Rigel class (LUG-25100)
A Rigel class Federation starship,[4] the Akagi was a heavy scout vessel.[6]
The Akagi served as part of a tachyon detection grid during the Federation blockade against Romulan interference during the Klingon civil war in 2368.[1] Nagurski transferred from the Akagi to the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-D.[2]

Akira class (ST-08)
The Akira class was a midsize starship with heavy armament, first commissioned in 2265.[2] The warp pylons were swept downward and were attached to two catamaran-like secondary hulls, which were connected to the dorsal side of the primary hull. An elevated weapons module was located between the two secondary hulls. The Akira class had two shuttlebay doors at the aft and one central door at the fore end of the saucer.[1]

U.S.S. Centaur (DS9-525)
Prototype vessel of the Centaur class.[2] In 2374, the Centaur, commanded by Captain Charles Reynolds, encountered a Jem’Hadar attack ship that had been captured by Captain Benjamin Sisko and his crew on a secret mission deep inside Cardassian space. Not knowing the ship was piloted by Starfleet personnel, Reynolds engaged the ship, causing it some damage.[1]
