Aquino
Ensign Aquino was killed in 2369 after investigating a security breach. Neela, who had planned to assassinate Vedek Bareil, was preparing her escape route when Aquino caught her in the act. Neela killed the ensign, then tried to conceal the crime by placing him into a conduit where energy bursts would reduce the body to ashes.[1]
