A supposedly mythical world that was a deep red-orange color with a thick cloud cover. Its planet-wide EM screen, constructed millennia ago to avoid marauders, had a cloaking function that resulted in the deterioration of the planet’s ozone layer, which rendered its citizens sterile from radiation poisoning. Its ocean life had already been killed off a generation prior to the planet’s discovery by the crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-D in 2364.^[1]
