The planet Orakisa and its inhabitants are dying. The Enterprise arrives and takes a delegation to Orakisa’s sister planet, Ne’elat. The people of both planets are tied together in more ways than previously thought possible. Can they put aside their differences long enough to save both of their worlds? Meanwhile, Geordi falls in love with a woman who believes he is a “Starlord.”
