The last of its kind, the creature could project the image of anyone or anything it wished into the minds of those around it, making it appear to change shape, sometimes assuming the form of its victims—as it did with Nancy Crater and Crewman Green.[1]

T’suus

A Vulcan psychohistorian, T’suus was part of the Minos mission in 2374; she had spent a decade previous to that trying to determine possible causes for the Minosian catastrophe. An expert on the planet Minos and its society, she could answer nearly any question the crew might have. While researching declassified material about Minos from other worlds in the Lorenze Cluster in 2374, she noted an old intelligence report revealing the location of the Minosian Emergency Headquarters Complex—a buried bunker intended to serve as planetary command post in the event of a major attack against Minos. There was a good chance the complex survived the catastrophe intact, and it may have held valuable clues about the fate of the Minosians. T’suus was killed by Dr. Anak Tolas when she began to question his identity.[1]
