Bareil Antos
Bareil Antos (DS9-420)
Bajoran spiritual leader who was a leading candidate to become the next kai after the departure of Kai Opaka in 2369.[1] Bareil was interned at the brutal Relegeth refugee camp during the Cardassian occupation. Bareil started his spiritual service as a gardener at a monastery, and although he became an influential religious leader, he still enjoyed tending the grounds.[2]

Barbo
Ferengi and cousin of Quark. Barbo was released from the Tarahong detention center in 2369. At a Ferengi trade conference held on Deep Space Nine, Grand Nagus Zek recounted how Quark and his cousin sold defective warp drives to the Tarahong government. Zek praised Quark for betraying Barbo to the authorities and leaving him at the Tarahong detention center while Quark kept all the profits, an honorable act in the Ferengi system of values.[1]

Baltrim
Resident of Jeraddo, a moon orbiting the planet Bajor. Baltrim was made mute by the Cardassians during their occupation of Bajor. Baltrim escaped to Jeraddo with his companion, Keena, in 2351 and started a new life. Teaming up with farmer Mullibok, they lived peacefully until an energy-transfer project in 2369 forced the evacuation of Jeraddo.[1] Portrayed by Terrence Evans.

Atoa, Manuele
Human. Lieutenant Manuele Atoa was a friend of Jadzia Dax, and he attended her prewedding party on station Deep Space Nine on Stardate 51248.2. While at the party, he performed a traditional Samoan fire knife dance. Atoa and Morn drank too much at the party and fell asleep on the floor, waking up and leaving late the next morning. Atoa was assigned to the U.S.S. Sutherland NCC-72015.[1] Portrayed by Sidney Liufau.

Yridian business acquaintance of Quark. In 2370, Ashrok contracted to purchase forty-two of the Rings of Paltriss from Quark. Unfortunately, Ashrok was killed while attempting to complete the transaction.[1] Portrayed by Don Stark.

Arriaga
In 2372, under orders from Admiral Leyton, Arriaga attaced a subspace modulator to the relay satellite on the far side of the Bajoran wormhole to create the appearance that cloaked ships were coming through, feeding Federation fears of an imminent Dominion invasion. When confronted, Arriaga confessed his role in Leyton’s conspiracy. Leyton subsequently attempted unsuccessfully to destroy the U.S.S. Defiant NX-74205 to prevent Arriaga from returning to Earth.[1]
