Endeavour NX-06
NX class (ENT-01-02)
The NX class Starship Endeavour was launched in June 2156. Due to the relatively slow pace at which the NX class ships could be built and the military necessities inherent during the Romulan War, Endeavour was the last ship of her class constructed, so that resources could be diverted to upgrading the existing and easier-to-build Daedalus class ships with the advances in warp drive and weapons technology created for the NX class.[1]

Challenger NX-03
NX class (ENT-01-02)
The NX class Starship Challenger was launched in late August 2155. Challenger was destroyed in March 2156 when Captain Roy Dunsel initiated the ship’s self-destruct rather than allow it to fall into Romulan hands while defending Andoria, sacrificing the lives of all aboard so that the Romulans could not use Challenger‘s weapons against Andoria after the ship’s computers had been taken over remotely.[1]

U.S.S. Cheiron
Centaur class (DS9-525)
In 2380, the Centaur class Starship Cheiron was assigned to the independent world of Carrea at the request of the Carreon Science Institute, to investigate solar flares from the system’s sun. Federation President Nanietta Bacco later used the Cheiron‘s presence at Carrea to threaten war with that world, following long and fruitless negotiations for a Carreon water reclamation system for Delta IV.[1] The following year, the Cheiron was sent to Cestus III to assist with refugees following an apocalyptic Borg assault on the Federation.[2]
