U.S.S. Buran (TNG-175)

Federation starship, Challenger (II) class. The Buran was one of 39 starships destroyed by the Borg in the Battle of Wolf 359.^[1]

Named for the Russian space shuttle, which was in turn named for the Russian word for “snowstorm.”
