Class-M planet endangered by increasing stellar flares and instability in 2365, home to the 223 descendants—with two more births due—of the mostly forgotten Neo-Transcendentalists dropped off by the colony ship S.S. Mariposa NAR-7678, which left Earth in 2123. Anachronisms even then, the people took refuge 30 meters below the surface but had no advanced technology.^[1]
