Vulcan, a Class-M world,[2, 4] was the second planet in the 40 Eridani trinary system, orbiting 40 Eridani A.[4] Although Vulcan had no moon,[1] the planet shared an orbit with its sister world, T’Khut.[3]

Vulcan destroyed (ST-11)
On Stardate 2258.42 in the ST11 timeline, Vulcan was destroyed by Nero when he used Red Matter to create an artificial quantum singularity near the planet’s core, causing the planet to implode in a matter of minutes, killing billions of Vulcans.[5]
