Communications relay satellite in Earth orbit operated by Chronowerx industries in the 1990s. Chronowerx Security Chief Dunbar used the satellie to locate Henry Starling aboard the U.S.S. Voyager NCC-74656, which had been transported back in time to 1996, and to transport him away.^[1]
